Our approach
TrunksUp Counseling and Coaching services to individuals based on their specific needs. In our intial consultation call, we will work together to determine if the client’s services will be counseling or coaching based.
While many practices offer either counseling or coaching services, we found clients in different phases of life are needing either counseling or coaching. In addition, regulations can limit the services to coaching to those living outside of Oklahoma. During our inital communication calls we will determine if counseling or coaching better meets the needs of an individual client.
TrunksUpCC provides a place for people to discover their authentic selves free from the burdens they have carried in the past.

Linh Sasser, MCMHC, LPC
Linh is an LPC based in Oklahoma City. She will complete her Internal Family Systems - Level I Certification, International Coaching Federation Certification, and TEAM CBT Certification in 2026.
